Personalized Resilience

The Path2Green Resilience Training Programs are dedicated to building skills for developing and sustaining greater resilience and well-being. These programs have been rigorously developed and tested over more than a decade with various groups, including medical learners (students and residents), healthcare professionals in clinical practice, nurses, clinic staff, and patients.

Path2Green offers training for facilitators to provide one-on-one coaching or group sessions for healthcare professionals, patients, and community members. This training can be delivered in-person or virtually and meets the well-being training needs for GME and UME trainees.

Additionally, the Training Program in Resilience and Well-Being for Peer Coaches is designed to enhance support and collaboration within first-year cohorts of medical students, residents, and faculty. It is suitable for a wide range of healthcare professional training, community development, and faith-based groups focusing on assisting spiritual growth. Through the practice of Path2Green, participants are supported for improved resilience and making lasting change.
